When I first heard that CTS was doing German medical team, I was surprised as it was a subject that had been looked over in plastic figures. Other than the Timpo German stretcher party, there is nothing avaialable unless you do conversions.
The CTS WWII Medical group is 8 figures three man stretcher and bearers, dead german, German carrying folded stretcher, kneeling medic, soldier on his aside and man with hands on head. What is nice on the stretcher party CTS did two different stretcher bearer figures. I also like German medic who can be used with man laying. The only one that seem out of place to the group is the soldier with hands on head. He is more a prisoner of war.
The figures are 54mm and very detailed. The figures will work with your Marx 54mm and Britains Deetail. They are too small for TSSD and Conte Collectibles. These figures are good diversity to battle scene.
I have the set and have to disagree with Paul on their size. I think they fit perfect with Conte & TSSD. The only figure to seem a bit small is the kneeling figure.
I have a ton of converted figures and the one thing I found is if you paint them all in one shade of a color the various size differences are hardly noticeable. What I did was take a Conte figure to Home Depot, they will then match that figure color with their paintn and for $3 you can get a can of paint and all the figures will match.

I agree with Gary
I think the guy with his hands on his head is from the normal German set not the medic set
I think at the time which nearly 7 years ago the figure was with the medical group, but then pulled to be with the other figures.
In reference to scale CTS start making close to CONTE 58 mm scale figures right after their Italian set. The first Germans and Japanese WW2 sets were only made in true 54 mm.
I still think the surrounding and death or and wounded all should be w original medical set .In my personal view will made more sense as at end of combats/battles,surrender,wounded,death is what generally is seen.Even x both sides if not winners.
