   Well base in the info looks like company is”” saving a lot of money”” by doing that.
   Any how wherever they got lately was nothing good at all!!

   Today to give a child a nice surprise u have to be very imaginative.
   I do w my daughter many treack but looks like free small toys are out option.
   Either u give a dollar store cheap thing or spend a regular child meal in fast food crap place to give few choices if available .
   I rather made my own x her by end of week school according to her scholl progress.

     Hey ,I give mine too one,I took it free from a toy fair.She soon try put to my GS dog but it did not work good.Then end in the snow men w did in last year winter.

     If is that the question.
     No x years.only if ever lucky, a code inside,after you collect plenty codes you cut and mail it and they send you a toy or werever they annunce.
