Hugh Walter in his blog Small Scale World said this about the book. “Really: you can’t afford not to have a copy if you collect 54mm plastic figures….40mm or 60mm plastic figures…farm…space or circus toys…Kellogg’s…available for PW at all the usual sources.”
Hugh pointed out in his review that checklist gives a very detail history of the company. The check list of the plastic production is illustrated with many of the various Crescent figures. The Check list shows many of the rare and unusual figures. One of the rare figures Crescent did were World War One British Infantry and Cavalry.
As the description pointed out the photos are in color. Hugh noted there are some black and white photos which may be from the Crescent Archives. (I will get a clarification on that.)
If you are into collecting Crescent figure I would recommend getting it. I got several Crescent figures as child notable the American cavalry and the Mexicans so I will be getting this Checklist.
Nice. Good source. Too bad I know pretty much most figures they did
Did they ever did the Centurion tank!?
