Our very good friend Andreas Dittmann has sent us from last year’s Bad Nauheim Show. Held in October this show in Bad Nauheim Germany has dealers in composition, metal and plastic. One of the thing you will see new production of resin figures to go with Elastolin.
The last two photos show figures from Fontanni. Pirates and African natives are 45mm. The Turks are 90mm. I am not sure if the unpainted are new or not.
Elastolin
The above photo and the next ones are new resin products to go with Elastolin.
The above photo and the one below are by Janetzki they are noted for their prince Valiant series.
Thanks for the photos Andreas,Lot of nice stuff,I like the vehicles ,are they original or new production, the 90mm Turks are very interesting also !
Is this one of main shows covered in Figuren magazine ?
Yes this is one the major shows that Figuren Magazine covers. It is a great show that I have tried to get to but have not.
It look intersting but same time not see as much plastic deal as Herne.
I see a lot metal and comp all time ,there for higher prices in plastic I think.
The more intersting part are the great scenes made with rows or armor displayed.
Great show! 🙂 🙂 🙂
Some great shots! To think, I used to pass through Bad Nauheim when I was a dependent in Hanau, Germany. Every now and then our school bus would detour up through there on our way from Hanau to the American High School in Frankfurt. Waaaay out of the way. We had a long bus trip back and forth, that made it longer.
I wonder if they had the show back in the early 70s?
