A hard plastic diver with fins who is around 50mm. The cowboy was formerly tied to a now missing pole the third hole in the base might have had the pole. The 54mm soft plastic Indian is a Lone Star copy but with a much smaler tomahawk, interesting is the rectangular base with a big “5” in it, from a game?
