   Tougher to find toy/toy soldier shops these days
   Got some info from an article after Googling Toy Soldier shops in New York a article from 2011 came up In New York you have The Toy Soldier Company (James Delson) 1 (888) 825-8697 , The Complete Strategist (midtown Manhattan ) 1(212) 685-3880 ,Toy Soldiers of San Diego ( 760 ) 723-6583 ,Washington DC had a neat toy store it was called Lowens which sold toy soldiers ( I bought a lot of Timpo there back in the 70’s ) Sullivan’s Toy store Washington DC Wisconsin Ave NW (202) 362-1343 , Toy Soldier Shop-Washington

   (the toy soldier company) in NY is not an open front door business,is only for mail orders.
   Classic toy in 218 sullivan st(manhattan) close few yeards ago
   (Arlington antique toys) 212 861 9708,only carry metal soldiers,located in 1082 madison ave,ny.NY10028
   Zitomer toy.Carry few plastic safary,applause,plastoy,and army sets.(madison ave)ny ny.
   All rest were close down from 2003-2013)
   At 7st and 2 ave ,ny,NY there a japanese toy store that carry some interesting toys.
   Most prices at NY store are more high than any other place.

   I frequently read this site, but have never posted anything here. The LA area doesn’t have many toy soldier stores, but there are some options in the greater southern California area depending on what you’re looking for. If our French collector has a car, then he (or she) can drive to some toy soldier stores or businesses in Orange County or San Diego County.

   When in San Francisco, it’s worth a trip down to Los Gatos to Sierra Toy Soldiers. They have a nice store featuring dioramas of toy soldier battles.

   There are also hobby stores like Brookhurst Hobbies in Garden Grove that also sell toy soldiers, but only offer a small selection.
