I found this figure recently. As you can from the photo the hat is wrong. Most people would pass on the figure, because of the hat. I immediately recognized that the hat was for the Timpo farmer figure. I thought that someone would want the figure for the hat. If not it would be an interesting figure for the collection. I put the figure up on EBay and he sold in one day. The purchaser confirm he was buying the figure for the hat.
Its really too bad the sculpting and proportions weren’t more realistic, because if they were, I would conscript the WWII figures into my collections.
Then again I should be grateful their not, because they would break my bank!
Because it look like a BOER type hat and also weapon/figure in general is good for that period war.Great choice hat and dress!!,Now i will hunt the farmers hat to make them!!
