Vikings from Brazil Plus Roaming: First up, we have the Asas Viking figures from Brazil. Next, I am doing better and have started to go out. I figured that I would get a nice walk, instead, I found goodies.
Vikings from Brazil Plus Other Figures

My friend Erwin Sell gave me these figures from Brazil. They were done by Asas. The Vikings are 50mm.
Asas has also released reissues of the Gulliver DC Superheroes. They come in two bags. Each bag has five different DC Superheroes or villains. I will show them shortly.
Roaming

I am slowly recovering from my surgery. Also, the car was out of service until this past week when I was able to get it repaired. So this past Saturday, I went out to a flea market/farmers’ market. My idea was to walk not planning on getting anything. Famous last words, the places I bought the last time had nothing. Then I came to a stand where new diecast vehicles are sold. On one of the shelves, I spotted a Processed Plastic 2 1/2 Truck. Not a demand item due to the reissues from BMC. Still, the price was right so I picked up. Right next to it was an MPC Jeep with a canopy.

After buying some green tomatoes(pickled), I headed back to my car. As I walked through their consignment area I looked down and spotted a box of plastic figures for $10.00. Looking through the box I found three Marx 60mm pioneers, two 45mm western horses, four Auburn farm horses, and a nice lot of Timme Western. I bought the lot and headed home.
Sunday, I went to the Allentown Train Show. My main reason was to see a friend. I walked the show and most of the toy soldiers I was seeing were lead. then I came up on a table which had boxed Atlantic 1/72 scale figures. Some of the prices were fair others were high. I bought a few boxes to add to my growing stock of Atlantic 1/72 scale. With that purchase, I headed home.
Glad you are recovering better ,hopes it does sooner and good
The Vikings are made by APAS company from Brazil .Some may consider it close to 1/35(50 to 52 mm range)
The set after close looks are solely based on the TV series Vikings from 2013 that end in sequels of 2020, 2022 and 2024. However, by clothing hair style and armor the figures are for certain base in most of the main characters from first season series of 2013. You can clearly see characters such Ragnar Lothbrok, Floki, Rollo, Lagertha, Björn Ironside and many others. The detail is quite good but poses and dimension in body part are a bit odd like Hing Fat pirates style figures
You can see entire set with rest of poses(16 poses) in the post here along other information .
