December 2024 London Toy Soldier Show Photos

Fred Barrett’s stall,, Fred always has great items to go through.

Paul Turner’s tables. I can see Starlux besides Britains.

Another look at Paul Turner’s tables You can see he also had 70mm Elastolin Figures.

This table reissue Marx Marines and Timpo Guards

Here is Steve Weston’s table. Steve is the person you go to if you want Replicants or other new figures.

A dealer had some knights which he thought were from Germany. They are the box has Ko Ho, Dom, and Jean.

A dealer and a collector talking.

This is a show you have to look under the table. On top of the table, there is a Britains raft and canoes.

Garreth’s table with loads of figures to go through.

Another table loaded with plenty of items to sort through.

Some more tables

The highlight of the show was the display of the Egyptian parade.

A kit table that was in the back area.

Britains cannons and Airfix set. I wonder what is on the card on the front of the table.

With another look at Gareth’s tables, I wondered what treasures were hidden in his bags.

A German dealer explaining some figures he is selling.
Some More Photos and a Video Link

A closeup of Adrian’s table is one you check for unusual figures. The figures in the photo are metal, but he does sell plastic.

Steve Pugh and John Begg ran this table, which had a nice mix of figures, including an Atlantic Trojan Horse.
Big John Has done a three-part set of videos of the show. John concentrates on the metal and shows very little of the plastic. You can see part one here.
2024 or?
That is the second time I did that this month. Thanks for catching it.
Thanks for the photos Michael !
My brother and I went to the show. We thought we was only going to pick up some stuff from Steve Weston which we ordered from him but ended up loaded with over six hundred pounds worth of items. We also met some old friends too. Turned out better than we thought.
The videos from the show are astounding in the number of painted metal soldiers shown. H.G. Wells would be gob smacked!
wow impressive pictures.
I am sure it was a wonderful event.
So many different figures!
Thanks for sharing.
