Here is the a frontal view of the medieval lady. Michael was finally able to uncover the name of the company. The company is Cody March. Michael found examples in Chevaliers Made in France. RE:HAT figures NOW that is what a base should look like!

  2. Wayne W says:

Paul, I have some painted test shots of the new HaT figures if you’ll let me know how to send them I’ll be glad to share them.

  3. TD Barnecut says:

Questions for Gary; Was Harbourtown an actual CW battle and if so who won?
    Inquiring minds and all that…

  4. Gary DiBello says:

Hey, TD– Nope. The diorama is just what my 10-year-old kid brain imagined when I was playing with my Marx and MPC soldiers on the floor. I didn’t have the resources or the hand skills then, so all these years later I decided to build what I dreamed of.
There is actually a harbor with piers and warehouses on the set-up, I just didn’t include a photo of that part.
As I get more done, I will send another slide show to Paul. Thanks for inquiring…

  5. Robert Kirchner says:

It’s a shame HaT didn’t make the heads swappable like the command set for the Austrians.

    • Wayne W says:

They were experimenting with several options, such as swappable hats/shakos; swappable heads, they were having problems with the factory being able to do a lot of what they were asking, fitting on the sprues, etc.

I don’t think I’m talking out of turn, but I know they’ve been having problems on the production side in China. For awhile they were having a problem getting the factory to do what they wanted, once they got the communication issue straightened out, things were going smoothly, then the guy with whom they were working started having health problems – new person at the helm and I don’t know if that person is unable – or unwilling – to accomplish some of the things that were done on previous sets.

    Yours,
    Chris Miller
