When you have been in the business as long as I have, you know to watch out for certain figures. One group of figures I watch for is the Susy Goose figures from the Susy Goose Food Market. I usually find the man from the playset, occasionally the grocer and the woman. I have never gotten the stock boy. The grocer is a copy of the Johillco lead figure upscale. The man is three inches tall. If I had this figure as a child I would have used him as Frankenstein. I used instead the MPC Marshall Dillon which has to be one of the worse character figures every done.
I came across this figure and a bunch of Susy Goose items recently, looks like a whole market set with 2 additional figurines. I can’t find a lot of info about this set or these figurines online, but obviously came across your blog. How much is this figurine worth? Does it have a set name? I would love any info you are willing to share,

Susy Goose did two playsets Supermarket and Motel. The playset pops up from time to time more often the figures. The Susy Goose Super Market playset once sold for $4000.00. Whether it is still worth that is open to question.
