Germany Summer Show One Show
As the last German Plastic show, it was outside. According to Patrice who attended the show, there were 18 more dealers than last year
Germany Summer Show One dealers
The show had a dealer from Belgium. From what I have been told the sales were very good. People were carrying large bags.

Here is a table with a mix of figures.
Germany Summer Show One buildings
Here are some Hong Kong western buildings.
Germany Summer Show One Jean
The box marked Grand Canyon was made by Jean Hoeffler. It is a nice terrain piece. Markus told me he bought the space terrain pieces done by Jean Hoeffler.
Germany Summer Show One figures
Here you can see the Jean Hoeffler piece out of the box. One thing about the German show you have lots of boxes of figures to look through.
Germany Summer Show One boxes
Here you have boxes of English makers. There is a Britains Indian canoe in the upper left corner.
Model Kits
One dealer had an array of model kits in the front of his table.
Array of buildings
The same dealer had books and buildings. Detlef’s photos will show these buildings from a different angle.
The black box has Manurba swivel western figures. I can only imagine what is in the white box.
Elastolin castles
Someone had five different Elastolin castles I hope who bought them had the room for them.
Bergner boxes
This is a closeup of two of Peter Bergner’s figure boxes. Most of the figures are only one Euro.

Believe it or not. I have that Grand Canyon playset ! Found it on Ebay a number of years ago, still have it. The two terrain pieces can be combined in two different ways, they just butt up to each other. The contents are a fanciful Indian attack on a covered wagon, presumably at the bottom of the canyon.

I wasn’t fond of Jean Hoffler’s figures but their scenery and accessories were definitely worth the price of admission. When I was stationed in Germany there was a nice toy store around the corner from the hobby shop where my girlfriend worked (and who sold Airfix, Matchbox, and Atlantic figures); I loved the window displays of the Elastolin castles and Hoffler forts. These pictures bring back great memories. Thanks to Detlef for sharing them and to you for posting them.
