Hello Paul, I have a question in reference to Erwin’s article on the Speira figures. Your article came at a perfect time as I am considering purchasing some figures if I can figure out the prices. My question is this, I want the figures to be comparable to the Marx, Imex, and Accurate sized figures. TSSD and Conte may be too big. I emailed this to Spiera and they suggested 57mm or 1/30 sized figures would be best. Just wanted your opinion on this as you have purchased their figures. Thanks
I believe Joe Baker at Playset Addict has purchased several of the SPEIRA figures. Perhaps he could give you some advice.
It is a risk and and hard to guess ,as every figure is approximately ,the best bet is do small order first in the 1 /30 scale that round to approx. 57/58 mm and then see from there .My experience so far is been good with scale match .Now by looking at match scale you mentioned I believe Accurate are a bit smaller than IMEX and classic Marx 54 mm ,but again nothing is perfect ,even some figures 54 mm on Marx range are not quite match with others .
best
Thank you for your help
