What are the top 2 figs firing AKs??
Character figures from “Another Plan from Outer Space”, LOD Toy Soldiers are doing these.
Yes,one appear like a 74 ,other a 46 model ,but too far and in not good angle to see well .Can be used as insurgent ,other some poses too.
best
Maybe BARs from the time frame they appear to come from.
Not the Split tails, the top 2 figs on the Plastic Stand.
I hope the Conte Romans are not brittle model kit plastic like the D-Day GIs. There will be a lot of loose gladius blades and pilum tips and butts at the bottom of those bags if they are.
Hi Mark I always seen CONTE Gi’s in soft plastic ,mine and those i seen at shows as well.Never see of know of any CONTE made in brittle plastic. His first early were made in more soft rubber like material, later he used good soft plastic as well.
Do you get some stiff plastic -Brittle!?
best
Yes Erwin. I have some dark green D-Day Gis in a very stiff model kit-like plastic. None are broken, but I have to store them carefully. My Germans, British and US paras, Alamo, Dark Ages and Zulu war Contes are all in the soft rubbery plastic. One set of Zulu British seems to have gotten a bit stiffer than the others, somehow. The GIs I have were molded in the stiff plastic though, and it is not a result of aging.
Intersting .never heard off.
I got some Afghans and scotish made in the stiff resin type x their limited playset .
Maybe those are alike resin stiff test made early?or not .In that case is intersting but sorry u got those.

LOD toys are very impressive to say the least, I like that they cover their own genre, instead of making another ww2 set… we got a really unique alien versus humans… more of this from other companies……
I agree; their Troy series are each a work of art in and of themselves. Even my wife admires them.
Check out Plastic Platoons Vietnam Female Set!!!
One possible reason for making figures from obscure ‘B’ sci-fi films is there may be no worries of copyright infringement if the films have lapsed into public domain.
The movie that Ken did figures for is an obscure movie that did a million dollars
