Yes, I also liked all 3 Robin Hood sets Weston was offering at OTSN (1 set of character figures, 1 set of archers preparing to fire in various poses, and 1 set of archers all firing in 1 pose). I liked the bright “Robin Hood green” color of all the archers. They aren’t in exact scale to either the Marx 54mm Robin Hood figures, or the Marx 60mm Robin Hood figures (which were a perfect fit with the Barzso Robin Hood figures). But the Weston figures are nevertheless quite compatible with both, and fit in well with dioramas using either of the Marx scales. I also liked the new TSSD Alamo figures, as well as the new Paragon “horse handler” set, which was intended to be fighting Apaches, but fits in perfectly with any Custer Last Stand diorama. Barzso had very nice US and CSA artillery crews to go with his new siege gun fortifications. So even though neither TSSD or Barszo had their usual boxed playset releases, there was still quite a few new offerings.
Don’t forget the Austin Miniature figures, they came in brown and gray and the stands were cut down to a normal size. The guns also looked better then they did on the prototypes.

Steve Weston has all the info on his site if anyone needs more on the Robin Hood and other sets
Thanks for the report. We’re there any Russian or any dealers selling the Russian made plastic figures by PVBLIVS or Engineer Bassevich?
I believe TSSD had some of the Russian Figures, I don’t get to get out of my room all that often, my partner is a wanderer.
Yes, TSSD, had a set, Marxman had a couple of sets, and Steve Weston had 3 or 4 sets of the new miedeval figures. They seem to price out at about $8.00 per figure when you buy the set. The figures themselves are about as nicely sculpted as can be, and are of an excellent plastic. But at that price I contented myself with buying just the one set of the 4 blue knights which had been out for some time, and which were “just” $4.00 each. I had already got 3 different boxed sets of the WWI Russians from Marxman last year at OTSN, and decided I wasn’t going to do the same on the new releases this year. All the dealers have a long story about why they are so expensive — basically along the lines of how each figure has to be slowly cast by hand, and that therefore makes them very expensive. I mentioned to Steve Weston that I always thought England’s Replicants were a little on the expensive side, until I ran into these Russians, and then I saw what “expensive” really is.
