February Figure Collection Time, while I have articles from Andreas Dittmann and Erwin Sell ready to go, I decided to share some more items from my collection. Despite what the sad man of Woking UK thinks I am a COLLECTOR! I have been collecting all my life, my interest is unique figures. Today I will look at some of the figures I have gotten from Italy

I hope that’s not me!
The “RES”!sold RB figures were on saler off South america well in to 90s .SDS argentina company carry sold then a lot along some former WW 2 ATLANTIC copies
The correct way according to two Atlantic experte(one writer of book ) is artist from Atlantic went to work x RES and that is they resemble Atlantic touch Most figures solid plastic such RB set come almost about time Atlantic had finish producing it WW2 set and change artist .RES made several series also of independent variation Atlantic poses for their WW2 sets as they produce several of their set original. The figures been sold stamped with former easter/balkan country name below also
Some those post here ,i been find more often off europe, they’re quite priced in Italy as were not much abundant and as part surprise toys .
There erven HK variation poses made as well and these are just bit different in base/scale .
So far in new amount poses i adquiere as far i recall in armies-german infantry EUROPE ww2 are 9 new poses, american 5 ,british 6,russian 7 and japanese 5
I also got two new HK copies resent .One german and one American
The” RES “cowboys poses are quite rare too and every time i see one goes insane in bids top$$$
Will need do full photo recollection if amin like then to post again as i have more now..

Best
CANE Bersaglieri are about hardest get as first original made CANE set along with napoleonic set .Apparently they were not recast that much later
I manage resent got full set Napoleonic .Of course both set sculpted by E.Simonetti and have it own charm-style and not quite action classic toy soldier poses
Bersaglieri are as well alpine in WW1 uniform and interbellum. They blend with Dulcop italian mix /alpine/ infantry set even they are a bit taller …
Best
Great looking figures !
Ditto on that! The Kinder knight even reminds me of the Aurora knight kits.
Zookeeper would be good on an Alamo Gun Crew eh.
Back in the Day it used to always bum me out that Mounties were never made in “Action” poses always just standing around or marching even the Mounties on horse armed with Lance they were always in upright position.None actually shooting Yankee whisky traders selling to the Indians on our side of the “Medicine Line”,LOL.Now that I think of it I think Starlux did a Mountie shooting a pistol.
I understand and agree most US makers did not the mounties in action poses…
But IDEAL did quite a nice 6 action poses set with two shooting least .
Still not much to desire …
Yet Europeans did and excel in action poses sets made ;least the oldest is GAMA from Spain IN 1957 with 12 cation poses(I can provide photo of mine ) Then we got LANDI -Xiloplasto with the version with winter hat in plenti cool action poses made in early 60s
See partial set of poses here mix with others ..
https://www.ebay.com/itm/324058969440
Then REAMSA with 7 poses mounties and 6 poses canadian trappers as those are in fact made specific to match with the the RMP set made by REAMSA
All recast minus the carriage driver pose.
Cherilea 6 foot poses plus mounted
Crescent 3 action mounted poses ,two firing if i recall well
Starlux with 7 action firing nice poses + 3 marching and the trappers poses made ..
Dulcop with 6 poses .
Nardi swoppet did a full action poses set in 3 scales 54.65 and 80 mm scale with 12 action poses ,included several firing rifle and with winter and regular hat variation set s made .
http://www.soldatininardi.it/albumnardi.html
another 12 poses set was made later with hat but not as detailed as first .
ISAS swivel figures did 8 poses set in 3 scales as well.
There few more brands sets with plenty nice action poses ,but mainly european of course and it is my understanding many these never made it here or no much imported .So no wonder the disappointment here and in Canada as well…
best …
As usual great add up of information from Erwin.
Just a small extra on the RCMP done by Reisler of Denmark
https://www.dba.dk/samlefigurer-reisler/id-1050972575/
Think Acedo of France did at least two mounted.
Can agree with Erwin that some others a likely to be out there.
Almost sure I have one or two swoppet type figures from Kinder Egg in red uniform either to act as Garibaldisti for italian kids or RCMP for rest of the world.
Must admit when I was a kid I only had one of the Britains boring marching guys.
No real support in the battles cavalry and cowboys had to fight against indian tribes and their ruthless mexican and confederate allies. At least sometimes some knights, romans and landsknechts came to the rescue. Time tunnel included….
Dulcop also had a Jane and Kayak (Tarzan’s son from comic book?) too.
