In other news, Jeff is going to use a local plastic plant in Scranton PA Northeastern Plastic. He had several other sources but decided to them because they had helped him on his classic line. We can not wait to see these figures next year.

James O’Connell’s Congo Troops

Thankyou for featuring my troops. The name is James O’Connell although I use the handle, James Joc.
Welcome James, sorry on the miss-spelling I will correct it. great site.
While Chintoy figures are well done I think their weapons. Specifically the long spears and hallabard of several armies set made are not well done and very short. These special soldiers carry very long spears that so far only makers capable represent then well were A call to arms and Merten and Elastolin
I feel x price they ask they could do better.
My thoughts.
I notice the short pikes and Halbreds also. If I get these I’ll cut them off, drill holes in the hands and insert some of my spare XForce Medieval Halbreds and Pike’s, I also have extra CTA’s Pikes. I did this with the Engineer Bassevich Goliath figure with a spare XForce Greek spear.
Well thought Tom.
I wish I have the time to do it.But thinking practically as a maker should be considered as not many will have your skill and or time .Chintoy are not expensive
But not too cheap either.
A separated weapon require extra mold but not hard to do x type weapons require in these armies I think.
Just saying ..
This is my complaint too on the short pikes.
