One of the people I have as my mentors is John Patrick. John was a professional gambler, who sold books and tapes on how to gamble. His systems were not pie in sky schemes but ways to out grind a way to a profit. John had three principles money management, discipline and knowledge. It is knowledge I want to talk about. You have to know your field. You learn it by observing at shows and the internet. A case in point is the above figure, the Britains wounded figure for the rescue helicopter. I found him in a junk box. I knew what he was and purchased him as I knew someone would need it. I was right as he sold in 12 hours after I put him up on EBay.
