Conte Roman Factory Photos, we have been sent an update by Richard Conte of Conte Collectibles. We have from information on the progress from the factory on his figures with photos.
Conte Roman Factory Photos Update

6 of the 8 poses in Roman Set #1 are shown.
4 of the 6 will have alternate arms/weapons(not pictured)
The 2(of 8 ) poses not shown in these photos are (a) marching and (b)at attention/on guard
Spears/pila are a tad larger than our originals as factory advising that the slight ‘thickening’ will avoid bending/curling of narrowest parts and also aid in achieving proper injection.

Now that we’ve seen how nice the factory ‘s capabilities are, we are green-lighting the factory mold prototyping of poses for Sets 2 and 3. As complex as the figures in Set 1 is, those in Sets 2/3 are even more challenging.
Please ignore the ‘globs’ which are being used to temporarily hold up/support the shields—which are separately molded pieces
Lastly, the pilum for the spear chucker on the far right is loosely placed in his hand and is NOT at the final ‘angle’
As always,
RC
Final Thoughts

Nick Veerrsteg of TSSD has seen the photos and like them. He feels they will go well with his Roman figures he did.
Awesome ,like much more the flexibility and dynamism of body and poses archived under Conte versus most previous makers there a bit more stiff -rigid.
Conte poses in some remainme of Thomas and K&C metal made .
I believe Conte introduction of multi pose arms poses was a great introduction to hobbit pioneer by him least i know in plastic new makers since 80s .
EXF maker; Scott ,a fan of Conte himself as he had mentioned uses this technique with great result in his set options.
my thought
These look amazing: can’t wait to get them.
Very nice! Three sets in total, 24 poses plus the variations with plug-ins, looking forward to a massive Roman set up of Conte, Ex Force, No Name and TSSD!
I believe these will serve to compliment and enliven our Roman ranks. We know the ordered ranks and discipline of the Roman formations – TSSD gave us the makings of a great turtle; others give us disciplined ranks – these guys will bring those ranks to life I believe. As for Barbarians – we always need more Barbarian wildmen.
These figures continue to excite me. It will be good to have Conte back in the marketplace. I am hoping they come out at a reasonable price point so that I can buy multiple sets.
They look great will they come out in sets of 8 or 16 figures.
