Jordan did an interview with Greg of The Pullbox web site. Pullbox is web site publishes news on comic books and toys. Jordan was at C2E2 Comic Book Con in Chicago where he was interviewed. In the interview Jordan relates the problem of going to people’s homes. It is pretty much what I have been saying. The only thing I have question with is Jordan’s statement that he is paying for all the toys that are bought on the show.

Hi there! I can answer your question because I did the interview 🙂
Jordan was says that it’s a common misconception that the Travel Channel is the one supplying the funds (cutting the check as it were), but all the money that goes to those people is from Jordan’s business, Hollywood Heroes (http://hollywoodheroes.com/). The Travel Channel is not involved in that part of the interaction, they don’t want the risk of buying and selling toys. That’s not their business. Travel Channel is in the business of showcasing interesting places and people around the globe.
The same goes for home improvement shows. Yes these designers are coming up with some great designs and ideas, but it’s the home owner that’s paying for all the renovations, not the TV station.
Hope that clears things up 🙂
Jordan was an awesome guy to talk and very appreciative of every fan. Great guy to interview!
Welcome Greg
You did a great interview with Jordan and cover information that other people.
While Travel Channel does not cover the purchases of the items that Jordan buys, the next question would be if Sharp Entertainment cover some or all of the purchases he makes on the show.
Once again keep up the good work.
