Hey Stad! I’m not sure, but I am guessing that spaceman is from Italian company Texas. My best guess….
Happy holidays Stad!
The space men is Texas .The first come with different base .there officially recognized 12 poses aliens/robots and 12 poses spacemen plus two spaceships with crew
I have all 24 poses minus the extra variation spaceman .
Texas was the line of figures made by APS company.
They did cowboys and indians that are base in Herald ,crescent ,marx,tm and other poses but not cloned from then direct as they change some detail and weapons .
They did a series of African Pygmies and african natives original designed and beautiful done. These and space figures are the best they did and original .
pygmies are 14 poses plug weapons shields
explorer 12 poses plug weapons
african warriors 12 poses and have swivel torso w plug weapons
The Armies set of 12 poses come with nice true reaslistc 1/30 scale DUKW amphibian cars I got three of then. Some of the armies are base in TM but in 54 mm scale
The Pirates set are MPC cloned mounted in bases made by then .6 poses
There a set of knights as well.6 poses
indian 12 foot poses and 4 mounted
cowboys same as indians
pioneers 12 poses
two wagons with driver .
CRIO and PRI were two minor italian copiers of TEXAS and their figures are a bit different and crude but base in TEXAS poses in most .because lack mark below bases are often confused with Texas but are also in smaller scale 52 mm approx
They did not copy Space Figures, pirates or africans as far i know.
I can supply photo of my collection soon as have pretty much all by TEXAS minus few figures.
best
Are those sea animals made in china .?
They are very alike or close even in colors to the sea animals used as part of series call AQUARAMA of 1969 by Jecsan .Figures come with 6 original designed 75 mm frogmen .While first set made by Jecsan in 1964 had different frogmen in 60 mm and original animals designed.
I got both sets and recently selling the doubles poses off ebay .
Here is quick look of one mint set in box .

Or here in the great blog of my good friend Juan Martin showing the compare photo and description as being copied direct from Marx.
Jecsan animal carry the name of animal in english exact as marx in one lower base side .
