Like others, I’m sad to see that Nick & DeAnna have finalized their retirement.
Everyone will miss them, and wishes them well. Like Ron Barzso, who promises to appear at future shows as a collector, we can only hope that we’ll have an opportunity to see Nick & DeAnna from time to time. Like nearly all other current toy soldier dealers, Nick was a collector long before he became a dealer.
As for exactly what has been “sold”, I’m assuming it’s their remaining stock, plus molds.
Beyond that, there’s no physical store or factory.
I guess we’ll find out pretty soon who the actual buyer was.

I agree, I don’t know who bought TSSD but Nick and Deanna’s leaves a vacuum in the hobby. Like Don I hope to see them at shows.
I think is good least some one took over.
Ownership of mold theoretically is belong to company.
But legally and practically in this case is in Chinese factory now unless you bring all then here and it is vety extremely costly per mold. Same for all using long run production from China.
And run any mold here is least 5 times costly than there.
