Detlef send me this photo of his painted Chintoys mounted Union Figures.  The set contains four figures: General Grant, Sheridan,Custer and Chamberlain.  I think he did a great job.

Hugh Walter chided me on listing Solpa  not as Greek company. Frankly I am not aware when that happen. Funny recently on Facebook, Gianmario Chiesa gave background on this company. It was started in Greece in the early 80’s. The owner’s name was solpakis hence the name.  The company did copies of Matchbox and Airfix.  These did not sell well at the time.  They are now very collectible. We hope to get photos in the near futures.

Hugh Walter, the saddest man in UK seems not be able to let go of his hate towards Erwin and me.  In his blog he tries to chide us band belittle us when the only thing he is hurting himself.

In my post on Peter Bergner’s Treasures.  I talked about the two red figures in above photo. I noted they were either Poplar of the UK or a copy. Hugh respond they are a piracy. Well excuse me I said copy which can be used as well as piracy.

Next while chiding about some of the comments  on the space posts, Hugh jump to Almark and Minimodels.  He had to list the history  of the company. Only thing we have not talked about these companies since August 2017!   Why he had to bring it up now I have no idea.

One final thing don’t tell me not to copy you. First I will not copy your information Hugh. Second if  I cover the same item it will be on a different aspect of the figure.  Final he does not bother me at all.  Just very sad person who needs to channel his hate somewhere else.

    Paul.
The one who mistakenly write Solpa as French not Greek was me in one comment simple response identification some figures in figures from Peter . As I do early morning in my way work using speech text while drive. Sometimes my phone does not capture my speech well and either reverse or change it complete. That happen a lot in many my post, unless I seat and type in laptop or home PC
Same situation sometimes I can see not well full text post from your blog or else and respond not correct. Sorry.

Apparently is a big deal for this psycho from other side pond to make a big deal about it.
Of course, we all know SOLPA was a Greek company that literally copy, clone and under license sold many other brand sets, toys else. SOLPA also sold HK figures as well just pack under it .
By looking at this guy he like write entire news paper x himself as barely none respond to him or his blog and he need it as self-therapy x his own ego and paranoid.
I barely ever look his site unless some one told me to look at his hilarious rants.
We all need happiness and fun civilize argument here.
Some nuts like him need to use the hide back desk to curse and scream like rabies animals to bring some attention.
I would ignore him more than else, not worth talk about it here.
