Earlier this year. I did an interview with Tom Stark. This interview was for Plastic Passions on the Michigan Toy blog. It was an interesting an experience. I had not done an in depth interview like it before. I hope you enjoy it.
You can find it here https://michtoy-from-the-front.blogspot.com/2018/08/tom-starks-plastic-passions-visit-with.html#!/2018/08/tom-starks-plastic-passions-visit-with.html
Good interview, Paul.
I had heard a few of the stories before, but it was enjoyable to read it all laid out in an extensive interview. It was interesting all the way through.
Paul, the above comment actually came from me. But, as has happened several time in the last weeks, Daniel Murphy’s name appeared in my auto-name box. Usually I catch it and correct it to my own name, but this time it got by me.
I thought that had stopped will check it.
It hasn’t stopped.
No .the issues of name from others popping in every text had increased infact from phone laptop, tablet or computer.
Some times I can cut it before and other not.
Best.
When you do an interview some of the stories are things you heard before. Those are for people that may have not read them before. I am glad that it was enjoyable for you.
Nice Article !
Well done x future to see as well does had not seen these comments before…
Best
I’m the real Daniel Murphy and hope my name comes up right. I also enjoyed the article. As a child I also had a Marx WOW Union soldier with a broken rifle who figured prominently in my games!
My Union figure is one of the German masterpieces. I have the three version in the collection Unpainted soft plastic, German masterpiece and WOW.
The 60mm figure of the revised pioneer firing the flintlock pistol has always been my favorite.
