Clayton Bonelli shares from his country of Argentina two horses. He is curious on these horses. Here is his questions.
In my country there were two big companies, in the 60s and 70s, that made figures: Gulliver and Casablanca. These companies copied practically all their items of brands. Some of the companies are Reamsa, Pech Hermanos, Jecsan, Comansi, Lafredo, Teixido, Elastolin, Britains, Marx, Starlux andJIM. Even hard it is to find any original item. So far the only original one has been known that the figure of the Kung Fu series, with David Carradine. The figure is original from Gulliver. Well, among the doubt is Gulliver / Casablanca copied or created the horses of the photos that I show. These horses are my property. I do not know if they are original or if they were copied. My question to you is whether you recognize these horses from some other brand.

Britains added to their line in 1977 Apaches. They did six foot and six mounted. The figures were discontinued. I had the mounted figure but no horse until last week. I did a flea market I was get a part bags with Deetail horses.
Timmee did four different mounted Cowboys. They were sold with the series one horses. A series one horse were design to have a separate saddle. Trouble is to find the saddle. when I got the Deetail horses, I also got the Timmee horse but no saddle. So I put a Marx saddle on it.
Here is another figure that you could convertfrom its original purpose. We have here a Britains farm hand. I figure you could use him in a western scene especially in Alaskan setting. What do you think?
a small correction: my country is Brazil and not Argentina.
the administrator forgot to put one of the photos.
Clayton.
Horses are not of Spain brand main style copy as far i see.
