Rules

1.We reserve the right to reject any and all offers.

2. We are not approval service any item return will be subject to 25% restocking fee. If the item is not in the condition we specific in the listing no restocking fee will be charged.

3. Returns will be only accepted only if the item is not as described. You must contact us first before shipping the item back. It will be your responsibility to send the item back in the condition we send to you. We will not be held responsible for for lost items sent to you.

Ordering

1.You need to email us to check availability of the item. When emailing us you must include the L number and a brief description of the item. Do not order over the phone as I have the phone muted for work and do not check my voice mail for days ask Laurie about that.

2. Mail your order to stadsstuff1@gmail.com. We will respond back to you within 24 to 72 hours. If we are on vacation. I will email you we are away and will do your order on return.

3. We will order what is available and total cost with postage. All U.S. orders now have delivery confirmation include in the price. Canadian Orders will be sent the cheapest way possible. Foreign orders will be sent the cheapest air mail (we no longer have  surface for international)

4. You can pay by check, money order or PayPal. Checks and money orders will have to clear the bank which can take up to 2 weeks. Checks or money orders higher that actual amount will be return. This because of a rash of money orders and checks  made out to higher amounts when the person refunds they find out it fake. Checks or money orders rounded to the nearest dollar will not be returned.

5. Foreign Orders which include Canada I accept PayPal only. This is because it is getting a hassle with my banks to deposit money orders from foreign countries plus they are charging high fees.
